Your Key Responsibilities
* Identify and deeply understand user problems through research methodologies and collaboration with design and engineering teams
* Partner with customer teams to drive acquisition and retention strategies for Enterprise and SMB shippers
* Develop project plans with detailed requirements and prototypes to enable planning with engineering teams
* Rapidly ship, test, and iterate on solutions that maximize impact with minimal complexity
Requirements
* 4 years of product management experience in marketplace platforms or logistics
* Strong understanding of user research methodologies and agile development
* Experience defining and tracking KPIs and using data to inform decisions
* Bachelor's degree in a technical field (CS, Economics, Math, etc.)
