We are seeking a skilled Supply Chain Management Specialist to join our team as a District Manager for AIT Worldwide Logistics in our home delivery vertical. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the efficient and effective operation of multiple Agents and Independent Contractors within a designated geographic district.
Main Responsibilities
• Actively manage Profit and Loss metrics of stations/offices within assigned district
• Provide guidance on general leadership, communication, performance management, margin management, revenue opportunities, and KPI execution
• Effectively communicate with internal stakeholders through proactive partnership and networking amongst the vertical and corporate support functions
Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree in business administration, logistics, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing business needs
