Requirements

- Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills, with the ability to manage supplier relationships effectively ">
- Technical and analytical expertise, including weights & measures, conversion factors, freight logistics, and process optimization ">
- Experience with Industry 4.0 technologies, automation solutions, and data-driven decision-making ">
- Familiarity with volatile supply chains, particularly agricultural commodities ">
- Ability to drive organizational improvements through KPI management and financial acumen ">
- Flexibility to travel up to 40% and work occasionally from home ">
