Duties and Responsibilities
Some of the key responsibilities of this role include:
- Creating and maintaining product portfolios and aggregated business demand plans
- Building forecast assumptions, including product transitions, trends, and large projects
- Leading monthly SIOP meetings to understand macro/micro drivers impacting demand plans
- Exception handling, delivery blocks, customer order scheduling, and product allocation
- Ensuring product availability, delivery capability, and reliability for best-in-class service to customers
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Bachelor's degree in statistics, operations research, industrial engineering, supply chain/logistics, or related field
- 2 years' experience in demand/material/finance or business planning
- Experience with advanced planning/decision support systems
- Expert analytical skills, including Excel formula development and data analysis
