About the Role:
The Human Resources Business Partner I serves as a liaison between employees/managers of a business unit (clinic, division, service line or department) and the organizational human resources function. Provides proactive and consistent overview, support, reports, and data for a variety of human resources-related matters to management partners in order to ensure appropriate awareness, learning and action can be taken.
Key Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or other related field, or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
- Experience in employee relations, performance management, and federal and state employment laws.
- Demonstrated competence in other human resource disciplines including compensation, change management, talent management, and diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging.
