We're seeking a highly skilled Tax Planning and Compliance Specialist to join our team at IntelliPro. In this critical role, you'll be responsible for overseeing all aspects of tax planning, compliance, and reporting for our clients.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement tax planning strategies to minimize tax liabilities and optimize tax benefits.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations.
- Prepare and review tax returns, including income, sales, property, and other applicable taxes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA or Master's in Taxation preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in income, sales, property, and other taxes, with at least 2 years in a managerial role. Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin Chinese is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local tax regulations.
- Experience with tax provision and compliance for multi-entity corporations.
