We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Tax Director - Strategic Initiatives to lead our company's asset management initiatives. As the ideal candidate, you will possess extensive knowledge in real estate asset management, budgeting, and strategic planning.
Key Responsibilities
- Direct the reporting and compliance of life safety and other lender-required repairs.
- Manage our 3rd party service provider for our entity filings to ensure all entities remain in good standing.
- Oversee property tax appeals process, including tracking and reporting of assessments and progress of appeals.
Requirements
- Minimum of bachelor's degree in a related field.
- ~ 5 years' experience in real estate asset management or analysis (manufactured housing or multifamily preferred, not required).
- ~ Significant experience in budgeting, strategic planning, and reporting.
- Expert in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
