Job Summary:
Athenian School seeks a skilled educator to fill the position of Teaching and Learning Experience Designer. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing innovative educational experiences for students in grades 6-12.
Key Responsibilities:
- Designing and delivering experiential learning experiences that promote critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Collaborating with colleagues to integrate active-learning and innovative practices into the curriculum
- Mentoring students on special projects related to engineering, design, machine learning, and computational thinking
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field
- Strong teaching and leadership skills
- Experience managing educational space for collaborative exploration of design, engineering, environmental sustainability, and computational thinking
