Job Description
We are seeking a Store Manager in Training (MIT) to join our team at the Ames location. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for supervising, training, and coaching our sales and delivery teams to ensure exceptional customer service and product quality.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Supervise, train, and coach 2-5 team members engaged in cookie sales and customer deliveries
- Lead new hourly staff onboarding and initial training
- Conduct initial interviews for potential new hires
- Support Store Ops Manager with ordering, inventory control, and scheduling
- Hold staff accountable to company standards
