- IT Process and Standards: Support and enforce IT policy, processes, and standards within the Business.
- Service Level Management: Communicate IT service levels to management and ensure the service levels are being met.
- IT Audits & Compliance: Complete monthly, quarterly, and semi-annual IT reviews for the Business and remediating any resulting issues.
