Job Description: As a Senior IT Service Designer, you'll work closely with internal and external customer project managers, developers, and teams to ensure success. You'll develop exceptional technical expertise, deliver customer service through implementation and support, and participate in process flow analysis and redesign with Project Managers.
You'll share best practices, be consultative throughout the technical design of the project, and lead technical project teams to produce high-level and detailed implementation and solution designs that align with business objectives and customer requirements. You'll maintain current ServiceNow knowledge through self-study and utilization of available training, possess more than one current ServiceNow CIS certificate, and demonstrate exceptional understanding of solution aligned with the certificates.
