Technical Strategy Manager

Jobleads-US is seeking a talented Technical Strategy Manager to lead and manage a team of engineers responsible for developing and executing the engineering strategy and technology roadmap. The ideal candidate will have expertise in driving continuous improvement in engineering processes, tools, and methodologies to enhance productivity and quality.

Responsibilities include developing and executing the engineering strategy and technology roadmap, driving continuous improvement in engineering processes, tools, and methodologies, and leading, mentoring, and coaching a team of Manufacturing, Process, and Test engineers.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute the engineering strategy and technology roadmap
2. Drive continuous improvement in engineering processes, tools, and methodologies
3. Lead, mentor, and coach a team of Manufacturing, Process, and Test engineers

Minimum Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree or level of knowledge that would be obtained from a Bachelor's degree
2. 5 years experience in a similar field

This position requires strong knowledge of PCBA manufacturing process and team management experience.
