Main Tasks:
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to grow business in the commercial project division.
- Customer Support: Provide technical support to customers, including education and specification reviews, installer referrals, and product training.
- Distributor Management: Maintain relationships with distributors and suppliers, ensuring timely delivery of products and services.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum 3-5 years outside sales or architectural sales experience.
- Strong financial management, change management, and conflict management skills.
- Familiarity with architectural specifications and construction design elements, as well as experience with building products or flooring installation products.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, CRM Systems, Outlook, and the Internet.
