We are seeking a highly qualified trauma-focused neurosurgeon to join our team at a Level I Trauma Center in the Pacific Northwest. As the new leader of the trauma program, you will work closely with trauma specialists to develop protocols and manage the neurosurgery trauma service.
This is a unique opportunity to collaborate with a cohesive team in a supportive practice environment, part of a well-established non-profit health system that encompasses over 70 primary, specialty, and urgent care clinics, staffed by nearly 3,000 providers.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement trauma protocols
- Collaborate with trauma specialists to manage the neurosurgery trauma service
- Lead the trauma program
- Manage a case load of 125 cases in year one, with potential for over 250 cases once established
- Work with Stryker and Stealth cranial navigation systems
- Negotiate an attractive base plus RVU compensation structure
