Program Overview
The HERE Now program at San Diego Youth Services aims to increase awareness, promote conversations, and inspire connections to prevent suicide among middle and high school youth, transitional aged-youth, and their families. We seek a dedicated and compassionate Bilingual Youth and Family Support Partner to join our team and contribute to this critical mission.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a range of activities to engage youth and families in suicide prevention efforts
- Work closely with school personnel and community stakeholders to identify and address mental health needs
- Provide individualized support and resources to youth and families affected by suicidal thoughts or behaviors
- Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge
