This role is responsible for driving strategic business planning for our US generics business. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of pharmaceutical business transactions, regulatory issues, and intellectual property law. Key responsibilities include assessing and forecasting key assets, de-risking complex programs, accelerating approvals, and leading integrated efforts for delivering the strategic plan.
The ideal candidate will have a JD degree from an ABA-accredited law school and at least 10 years of experience in pharmaceutical legal affairs. Strong communication and negotiation skills are essential for this role, as well as the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
