UX Director, Ad products & Creative eXperience, Advertising User Experience

Job ID : 2781969 | Amazon.com Services LLC

We are looking for a product design leader to drive end-to-end ad experiences – reaching customers where they shop, read, listen, and watch.

In this role, you’ll lead (and grow) a high-performing team of UX professionals—working collaboratively with user research, engineering, and product management through all aspects of the product development life-cycle. This includes ownership of : (1) New ad placements and formats integrated in Amazon devices, entertainment properties, online and physical stores; (2) Brand shopping experiences, including Brand Stores, Posts, and Brand Follow; (3) Creative authoring tools within the Amazon Ad console, and the Amazon Demand Side Platform; and (4) The underlying services and tools that allow assets to be created / captured, categorized, and syndicated.

You will build durable partnerships with teams across Amazon to drive collaboration and innovation—ensuring that ads are an integrated part of evolving experiences. Partners include core shopping, devices and entertainment (e.g., Prime Video, Alexa, FireTV, Twitch, Freevee), and physical stores (e.g., Fresh). You will also directly influence long-term strategy and set the company vision for the consumer experience for ad products worldwide ensuring they are relevant, useful, and delightful.
