Job Summary:
This is a critical position that drives vendor management best practices through data analysis and reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee Contract Summary approval process
- Maintain and update vendor management playbook
- Manage repositories or team sites for tools and references
- Conduct maturity assessments of VMOs and identify capability gaps
- Provide advanced analytical support for vendor management operations
- Review data to determine operational impacts and needed actions
- Coordinate with VMOs to collect vendor performance data and artifacts
- Assess vendor performance and support vendor managers in conducting resets
- Evaluate investments and savings associated with vendor resets
- Deliver insight into priority vendor performance and maintain a vendor performance dashboard
- Monitor adherence to new processes and tracking success metrics
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, Data Analytics, Supply Chain, or related field
- 4 years in data analysis, vendor management, or related field
