Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute a comprehensive direct marketing creative strategy that aligns with business objectives and revenue goals.
• Lead the creation and optimization of direct mail, bill inserts, email marketing, and digital funnel strategies to maximize customer engagement and conversion.
• Ensure creative marketing efforts support the customer journey, driving traffic to call centers, retail stores, and e-commerce platforms.
• Leverage A/B testing, personalization, and segmentation strategies to enhance engagement and conversion rates.
• Establish and refine workflow processes, tools, and automation to optimize efficiency and effectiveness in creative execution.
• Partner with the analytics team to track, report, and analyze KPIs, using insights to refine creative strategies and improve response rates.
• Utilize marketing analytics and customer data to drive data-informed creative decisions that enhance campaign performance.
Requirements:
• 10 years of experience in direct marketing, creative strategy, or related fields within an in-house or agency environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Design, Communications, or related field.
• Expertise in direct marketing best practices, A/B testing, segmentation, and personalization techniques.
• Strong understanding of conversion funnels, performance marketing, and response-driven creative approaches.
