The Global Program Head (GPH) for Oncology plays a crucial role in driving the creation of an integrated program strategy.
This involves engaging with and including information from all relevant key stakeholders, ensuring Executive Management has the right information to authorize final program strategy decisions.
The GPH co-leads the asset strategic team and is responsible for program oversight and execution.
Responsibilities include:
- Deep knowledge of the oncology therapeutic area to devise development strategies and ensure execution.
- Identifying and aligning key stakeholders across Regeneron (and partners, as needed) to engage and include them in program development strategies.
- Providing sound strategy guidance for program therapeutic area development strategies, inclusive of research, clinical, regulatory, supply, and commercial needs.
- Ensuring scientific rigor and innovation continues to drive program development strategies.
- Driving broader cross-functional perspectives in the creation of program development strategies, including scientific rationale, operational feasibility, budget, timeline, and competitive and commercial landscape understanding.
The ideal candidate will have 15 years of experience in drug development, with expertise in oncology clinical development and proven track records in leading programs forward through development milestones.
This role requires 4 days on-site presence in Tarrytown, NY.
