Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive multi-year digital marketing strategy to increase brand growth and conversions.
- Oversee paid media strategies across Google Ads, social media, and programmatic advertising along with the management of external agency relationships.
- Implement data-driven performance marketing initiatives, optimizing for acquisition and engagement.
- Manage the Digital Marketing team, responsible for paid media, email, ecommerce and digital analysts.
- Develop and oversee email marketing and CRM strategies to enhance customer loyalty.
- Oversee eCommerce initiatives, ensuring seamless online transactions and promotions.
- Partner with brand marketing, creative, and operations teams to align digital initiatives with business goals.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for campaign effectiveness and team members of the Digital Marketing team.
- Utilize data analytics to optimize digital campaigns and improve ROI.
- Stay ahead of emerging digital trends and technologies.
Requirements:
- Proven expertise in paid media strategy (Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, programmatic) and performance marketing.
- Strong background in email marketing, CRM, and marketing automation platforms.
- Experience leading eCommerce strategies and website optimization.
- Experience in managing budgets over $1M annually.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- ~10 years of experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, or eCommerce for a national location-based entertainment, hospitality or nightlife business, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
