Job Title: VP of Finance
The Vice President of Finance oversees the financial management of JobLeads US, ensuring compliance with accounting and financial regulations. This role includes:
- Developing and implementing financial policies and procedures.
- Preparing and managing budgets, financial reports, and documents.
- Performing financial risk assessments and internal/external auditing.
- Assisting with corporate financial decisions and supervising staff.
Main Responsibilities:
- Oversight of all financial activities, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
- Management of the Accounting Manager, Purchasing Administrator, and other positions as the company grows.
Key Accountabilities:
- Ensuring accurate and compliant financial statements.
- Managing accounting functions, including payroll, AP, and AR.
- Recommending benchmarks for measuring company performance.
- Assessing production costs and improving utilization of ERP systems.
- Collaborating with team members to implement key projects.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or MBA.
- 5 years of accounting experience, including previous experience as a VP of Finance with supervisory experience.
- Strong understanding of financial and accounting standards and regulations.
- Proficiency in financial software, including Prophix, Excel, and ERP systems.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the wire and cable industry.
- Ability to travel as needed.
Work Environment:
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Ability to traverse the production facility.
