VP/Senior Account Management

This is an exciting opportunity to join a powerful team in one of the fastest-growing web hosting companies in the region, now part of a major European group.

About the Role

The VP of Growth & Revenue will work closely with the Marketing and Product Development team. The role is responsible for driving business growth through strategic planning and execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive the commercial strategy and execution, in line with company strategy and objectives
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships to drive growth
• Establish performance metrics and reporting to maximise commercial effectiveness and efficiency
• Improve customer onboarding and post-purchase UX
• Boost customer engagement, retention and satisfaction (turn customers into brand ambassadors)

Requirements

• At least 10 years' relevant commercial / marketing experience (of which at least 5 leading a team) in data-driven, e-commerce, telecommunications or digital-first organisations
• Strong understanding of commercial / marketing strategies and revenue management
• Highly analytical mindset, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
• Well-versed in digital performance marketing and tools, with a focus on targeted propositions (e.g. email automation, trigger-based marketing, targeted retention)

Preferred Skills

• Strong know-how of UX principles, Google Analytics (and Looker Studio), and Excel preferred
• Fluent in Czech (or Slovak) and English (written and spoken)
