Vice President, Technology Implementations

Epsilon is looking for a Vice President (VP) of Technology Implementations to lead a global technology team. This role provides significant opportunity to work with the world's best brands and help our clients accomplish their digital marketing goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage approximately 400 global staff and be accountable for career development, talent evaluation, technical leadership, and best practices.
• Lead day-to-day activities over multiple account engagement teams comprised of both new application design/build and maintenance resources.
• Provide thought-leadership to staff and clients related to technical architecture, solution capabilities, applied SDLC, and application/database maintenance operations.
• Oversee overall resource planning and management as well as financial performance of all engagements, and optimization of staff and delivery scope against financial targets.
• Manage offshore development teams and drive the overall growth objectives with a strategic plan and direction.
• Stay abreast of latest marketing technology trends and all of Epsilon's product offerings to integrate into annual account planning efforts, business development efforts, and overall client marketing technology roadmaps.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in information systems or related field.
• Minimum of 15 years of direct experience managing complex IT projects, preferably in the marketing technology space.
• Experience managing large global teams.
• Proven track record in architecting, designing, and participating in the delivery of complex marketing technology projects involving both database and interactive technologies.
