Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated Sales and Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and account management in the wireless backhaul space. Your primary goal will be to develop and maintain strong relationships with our carrier clients, identifying new business opportunities and delivering innovative solutions to meet their evolving needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive account plans to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction
- Conduct proactive needs assessments, applications development, proposal presentation, order negotiation, and post-sales service requirements
- Manage accounts on an ongoing basis, including frequent service follow-ups, problem solving, and emerging needs identification
- Grow market awareness of our client through involvement in trade and commercial organizations
- Remain knowledgeable and up-to-date on changes in the telecommunications industry through attendance of training, seminars, and trade journals
Requirements:
- Six or more years of relevant experience in telecommunications wholesale/carrier sales
- Demonstrated ability to sell complex technical solutions and/or systems integration sales
- Knowledge of basic network design, operational understanding of telecommunications ordering, and provisioning and billing processes
- Strong negotiation and executive selling skills
