Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver L&D experiences, including instructor-led, virtual, and self-paced learning
- Assess the effectiveness of training programs using metrics, feedback, and program data
- Partner with program managers and key stakeholders to identify skill gaps and training priorities for program participants
- Communicate and present to senior leaders and stakeholders on a regular basis focused on progress reporting, results, needs, and requests
We are seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Learning and Development Lead. As a key member of our workforce development team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating learning experiences that support our programs.
