The Workforce Development Program Manager will oversee the development and implementation of workforce development programs at Baystate Health. This role requires strategic thinking, excellent communication skills, and the ability to navigate complex systems and processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement workforce development programs to meet the needs of Baystate Health and the community.
- Build and maintain relationships with high school administrators, teachers, and counselors to promote career pathways and opportunities.
- Collaborate with Workforce Planning and the Healthcare Education Office to support school partnerships and new programming development.
- Manage budgets, track outcomes, and evaluate program effectiveness.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree, required.
- Bilingual, preferred.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in workforce development and/or education with high school students.
