Job Title: Youth Support Partner
About Our Safe Place Program
We are seeking a Youth Support Partner to join our team at Our Safe Place (OSP) Program. The program provides mental health services and drop-in centers for LGBTQ youth up to age 21 and their families.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide case management and supportive/rehabilitative services to enrolled youth/families.
- Offer community outreach and trainings on LGBTQ topics.
- Engage in assertive outreach services within the LGBTQ community.
- Screen youth/families as appropriate for the mental health clinic site.
- Collaborate with diverse stakeholders to provide comprehensive behavioral health services.
Requirements:
- Lived experience identifying within the LGBTQ community.
- Two years of supervised experience working with children and adolescents.
- Experience working with LGBTQ youth is preferred.
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) is preferred.
- Bachelor's degree is preferred.
