The Green Organization with over 30 years in business offers our team new opportunities for growth and advancement. We are looking to expand our luxury apartment maintenance team. Our team is dedicated to making our residents' homes safe and comfortable.
We seek reliable, honest, and hard-working individuals to join our team. This position entails snow removal, after hours maintenance, daily work orders and much more.
Requirements:
- Demonstrated ability to multi-task and meet various deadlines.
- Good communicator with residents and able to problem-solve.
- Able to paint surfaces, using brushes or paint rollers.
- Perform routine maintenance including landscaping, carpentry, and plumbing.
- Ability to successfully install plumbing systems at new properties.
- Expansive knowledge of equipment, supplies, and materials used in the construction/maintenance field.
- HVAC skills and knowledge of troubleshooting
- Must maintain a valid driver's license.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years experience.
- Valid New York State Driver’s License
- Ability to prioritize and manage daily assigned tasks.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed.
