Education and / or Experience :
- Bachelor's Degree (BA) from a four-year college or university, or one to two years related experience and / or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Certifications / Training : Maintain current certification in the following :
- YMCA Lifeguard Certification
- YMCA Swim Instructor Certification
- YMCA Swim Trainer Certification
- First Aid and CPR Certificate
- PALS - Principles of Aquatics Leadership
