Landon seeks talented and energetic candidates for a Teacher Development Program focusing on teaching, diversity, and coaching. This is a two-year experience, starting in the 2025-26 school year, aimed at those interested in beginning their careers in an independent school setting. Program members will be provided guidance, mentorship, and support in the areas of teaching; diversity, equity, and inclusion work; and coaching in the athletic or performing arts program – three of the main pillars of the Landon faculty experience.
Main Responsibilities

Responsibilities will include :
- Teaching one to two classes.
- Supporting the school’s diversity, equity, and inclusion work under the guidance of the Director of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion.
- Coaching two to three athletic or performing arts seasons.
