MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE: Perform administrative duties Receive customers and clients traveling to the plant facility Manage files and tracking employee training Coordinate company meetings & events Prepare guests or client accommodations Create presentations, documents, files, spreadsheets and databases Arrange for the delivery of domestic and international packages Assist in preparing financial reports Place orders for routine kitchen and basic office supplies.
Assist with distributing new employee PPE (safety boots, locker assignments etc.) Manage & properly distribute incoming mail, invoices & utility bills Assist with tracking of employee training Assist with the PO & PR process, and other support of the Procurement/Supply Chain team as determined Assist with Attendance reports, townhall meetings, quarterly employee recognition program Update monthly I&D board / office monitors - communicate message to employees Administrative tasks and processes related to onboarding new employee or interns Organize quarterly & annual events such as Seppic Day, holidays & family Day Supports departments (Manufacturing, HSE, Maintenance, Procurement & Supply Chain, and Process Engineering) and employees linked to Paris. Periodically approve schedule; travel and set up travel profiles.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE Possess computer skills to include G-Suite platform, word, excel, powerpoint, internet, AX Microsoft Microsoft Dynamics and data processing Conduct analysis and problem solving of basic situations
Qualifications: Familiar wiht Full Google platform - Sheets, Slides, Docs and Drive
