Job Description
- Execute the receiving, storing, consolidating, picking, staging and distribution of materials required for projects and sales orders.
- Perform physical movement of materials from one area to another
- Physically and systemically receive and issue individual material requisitions from internal and external departments
- Create, monitor and timely resolve all material that requires Non Conformance Reporting and the use of our Quarantine process.
- Arrange domestic and international shipments by various multimodal transports (Air, Ocean, Road) to/from various destinations in compliance with internal and external regulations
- Create and/or maintain transactional inventory records
- Maintain accurate files of packing and shipping activity
- Communicate notify appropriate personnel of shipping inventory discrepancies
- Fill orders and deliver to internal and external stakeholders as required
- Maintain stocking inventory objectives
- Quantifies and verifies cycle count
- May assist in training new hires
- Comply with EHS & Quality System regulations and policies; and key concern reporting
- Perform other duties and or special projects as assigned
Required Qualifications
- High school Diploma or local equivalent
- 3-5 years’ experience in storing and material handling
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in the use of SAP
- Forklift license with minimum of 3-5 years of experience in similar industry
- Demonstrate ability to read, write and speak in local language
- Proficient in basic mathematics
- Ability to communicate well and work with others
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced and challenging environment
- Ability to consistently lift
- Skilled in forklift driving to pick up totes, drums and pails.

Job Type: Contract
Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour
