Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and high-energy individual to join our team as a Candidate Experience Coordinator. In this role, you are at the heart of our hiring process, ensuring smooth and efficient operations while supporting our recruiters. Key Responsibilities:
- Candidate Communication: Keep candidates engaged throughout the recruitment process, especially post-offer, ensuring they have a positive experience and are well-informed at every stage.
- Requisition and System Management: Manage and troubleshoot high volume requisitions. Update candidate statuses in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and Candidate Relationship Manager (CRM), ensuring accurate data and status is maintained.
- Tactical Administrative Tasks: Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks to keep the recruiting process on track with established SLAs and KPIs.
- Pre-Employment Processing: Manage offer creation as well as track pre-employment screening (drug tests, background checks, medical checks) completion and results. You also support on-boarding tasks to ensure Day 1 attendance.
- On-Site Event Coordination (Optional): Coordinate and manage on-site recruitment events, ensuring all logistics are handled efficiently and candidates have a positive experience.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Experience: A minimum of 6 months in a Talent Administrator or Coordinator role is preferred. Experience in a business or office environment, especially customer service or administration, is highly beneficial.
- Skills & Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Candidate Relationship Manager (CRM) systems is a major plus. Strong verbal and written communication skills in English are required, and a passion for customer service is essential.
- Organizational Expertise: Master at prioritizing tasks, staying organized, and handling a high volume of work without compromising on detail or efficiency.
