Mission
As a Senior Technical Recruiter, your mission is to attract, engage, and hire world-class engineering and corporate talent that will drive innovation and success at JobNimbus. You will own the full-cycle recruitment process, delivering a best-in-class candidate experience while building strong partnerships with hiring managers to ensure we hire the right people, at the right time, for the right roles.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Working 5 days per week in Lehi at JobNimbus HQ
- Own full-cycle recruiting for engineering roles (React, Node, C#, AWS) and corporate roles, from sourcing to offer negotiation
- Partner with hiring managers to deeply understand team needs and create targeted hiring strategies
- Actively source and engage top passive talent using creative sourcing techniques, including LinkedIn, GitHub, and other talent platforms
- Manage an exceptional candidate experience, ensuring timely communication, transparency, and a streamlined interview process
- Track key hiring metrics (time-to-fill, pipeline conversion rates, etc.) and continuously optimize recruiting processes for efficiency and quality hires
- Full-Cycle Recruiting Expertise – Proven track record of hiring engineering and corporate talent in a fast-paced environment
- Technical Acumen – Ability to assess technical skills and understand engineering tech stacks, including React, Node, C#, and AWS
- Sourcing Mastery – Advanced experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, and passive talent engagement strategies
- Strong Communication & Negotiation – Ability to build trust with candidates and hiring managers while closing top talent effectively
- Process Optimization & Data-Driven Mindset – Experience using ATS systems, tracking hiring metrics, and continuously improving the recruiting workflow
