Responsibilities
As a Consulting Accounting Clerk, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks that are crucial to maintaining the financial health of our organization. Your duties will include, but are not limited to
- Preparing and processing invoices, ensuring they are accurate and sent out in a timely manner.
- Assisting with the preparation of financial reports and statements.
- Maintaining accurate records of all financial transactions.
- Collaborating with other team members to improve financial processes and systems.
- Providing financial advice and guidance to senior leadership team.
- Managing accounts payable and receivable.
- Assisting with budget preparation and financial planning.
- Ensuring compliance with all financial regulations and standards.
The ideal candidate for the Consulting Accounting Clerk position will have a strong background in finance or accounting, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in invoicing or a similar role. Other qualifications include
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
