We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Change Management Consultant to join our team in the Energy industry. This exciting role is pivotal in driving strategic change initiatives across the organization, ensuring successful implementation and adoption of new processes, systems, and technologies. The ideal candidate will be an expert in Agile, Waterfall, Scrum, and ERP, with a proven track record of managing complex change projects in a fast-paced environment. This position requires a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage change initiatives related to business processes and technologies, driving project milestones from conception to completion.
• Develop and implement change management strategies, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and goals.
• Apply Agile, Waterfall, and Scrum methodologies to manage project timelines, scope, and deliverables.
• Design and deliver training programs to enhance user adoption of new systems and processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, HR, and Operations, to ensure seamless transition during periods of change.
• Evaluate the impact of change initiatives, identifying potential risks and devising mitigation strategies.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, providing regular updates on project progress and outcomes.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements, brainstorm solutions, and resolve issues.
• Utilize ERP systems to streamline processes, enhance efficiency, and improve overall business performance.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging innovation and efficiency.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field. A Master’s degree or relevant certification will be an added advantage.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in change management consulting, preferably in the Energy industry.
• Demonstrated expertise in Agile, Waterfall, Scrum, and ERP.
• Proven track record of managing and implementing large-scale change initiatives.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software.
• Strong leadership skills, with a proven ability to motivate and inspire team members.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
