We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Consulting Claims Examiner to join our team in the Healthcare industry. This is an exciting opportunity to apply your skills and knowledge in a role that directly impacts the efficiency and effectiveness of our healthcare services. You will be responsible for investigating, evaluating, and resolving complex medical claims. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in various healthcare systems including EPIC (Tapestry Module), EZ Cap, Facets, QNXT, and will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities
- Evaluate and process complex healthcare claims in accordance with contractual agreements and federal regulations.
- Utilize various healthcare systems including EPIC (Tapestry Module), EZ Cap, Facets, QNXT to manage and analyze data.
- Conduct thorough investigations into healthcare claims, identifying potential issues and resolving discrepancies.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers, patients, and insurance carriers to ensure accurate and timely claim resolution.
- Provide expert consultation and guidance to team members, helping to improve overall claims processing efficiency.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve the claims process, identifying opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.
- Stay up-to-date with changes in healthcare regulations, industry trends, and best practices to ensure compliance and effectiveness in claims processing.
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, or a related field.
- A minimum of1 years of experience as a Claims Examiner or in a related role within the healthcare industry.
- Proficiency in healthcare systems including EPIC (Tapestry Module), EZ Cap, Facets, QNXT.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to evaluate complex healthcare claims.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with healthcare providers, patients, and insurance carriers.
- Knowledge of healthcare contractual agreements and federal regulations related to claims processing.
- Demonstrated ability to identify and resolve discrepancies in healthcare claims.
- Proven experience in improving claims processing efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Ability to stay current with changes in healthcare regulations, industry trends, and best practices.
- Certified Professional Coder (CPC) or Certified Medical Reimbursement Specialist (CMRS) certification is a plus.
