Job Details
Are you a good fit?
- Conduct comprehensive legal research and analysis to support case development and strategy.
- Manage all aspects of the discovery process, including drafting and responding to discovery requests, preparing clients for depositions, and conducting document review.
- Draft, review, and argue pre-trial motions, including motions to dismiss, motions for summary judgment, and discovery motions.
- Assist in trial preparation activities, including witness preparation and exhibit preparation.
- Strong background in legal research, discovery, motion practice, and trial preparation.
- Keen eye for detail and exceptional organizational skills.
- Deep understanding of the litigation process.
