The ideal candidate will be responsible for interacting with our customers to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns, and requests about our products and services. This role will require a high degree of professionalism, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well under pressure.
Responsibilities
- Manage large amounts of incoming calls and customer inquiries.
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication.
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
- Process customer accounts and file documents.
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
- Take the extra mile to engage customers.
- Proven customer support experience or experience as a Customer Service Representative.
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- High school degree.
- Proficient in necessary technology, including computers, software applications, phone systems, etc.
- Strong data entry and filing skills.
- Must have at least 2 years of experience in data entry and filing.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Demonstrated passion for excellence with respect to treating and caring for customers.
