Responsibilities

• Provide legal advice and consultation, focusing on a variety of legal issues relating to class action lawsuits.
• Manage all aspects of case management, including the development of case strategies, supervision of paralegals and assistants, and coordination with other attorneys.
• Conduct thorough research and analysis of legal problems using various research tools, including computer databases and legal libraries.
• Draft legal documents such as pleadings, motions, briefs, and discovery requests and responses.
• Represent clients in court proceedings, hearings, and settlement negotiations.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality in all interactions with clients, court personnel, and other attorneys.
• Keep abreast of current legislation, case law, and industry trends to provide the most accurate and effective advice to clients.
• Participate in business development activities to attract new clients and maintain relationships with existing ones.
  
  

Job Details

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admitted to the state bar and in good standing.
• Entry level with a focus on class action and case management.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively present complex legal concepts to a variety of audiences.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and make sound decisions.
• Proficiency in using legal research software and other related tools.
• Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team and build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
• Commitment to maintaining high ethical standards and confidentiality in professional interactions.
• Demonstrated passion for the legal industry and a desire to continually learn and grow in the profession.
