Responsibilities
As a Helpdesk Administrator, your duties will include but are not limited to
- Delivering world-class technical support to our clients, resolving their IT issues and ensuring their systems are running efficiently.
- Troubleshooting technical problems related to O365 global administration, basic networking and firewall troubleshooting, Windows 10/11, and network printers.
- Utilizing your problem-solving skills to diagnose and fix complex technical issues.
- Assisting in the development and implementation of new IT solutions to improve our clients' systems and operations.
- Collaborating with other team members to share knowledge and improve overall team performance.
- Providing training and guidance to clients on how to use their systems effectively.
- Keeping up-to-date with the latest IT trends and technologies to ensure our clients are always benefiting from the best possible solutions.
To be considered for this role you will need to have
- A minimum of 3 years of experience
- Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Proven experience with O365, basic networking and firewalls, Windows 10/11, and network printers.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical issues in a clear and concise manner.
- The ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- A keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
