Technical Solutions Delivery Lead
Position Summary
We are seeking a Technical Solutions Delivery Lead to take ownership of all technical and development elements of a global ERP solution, with a focus on Infor M3 as the core system platform. The role also supports additional workstreams such as machine monitoring and ecommerce, as directed by the Business Transformation and Technology leadership. This position involves close collaboration with internal developers, stakeholders, and external vendors.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the migration of all agreed data from legacy systems to the new global ERP platform.
Configure all output including internal and external reports and documentation.
Design, configure, test, deliver, and document solutions for each process area using Infor and non-core toolsets (e.g., JScript, JavaScript, ION, Mashups).
Coordinate and develop new data standards and consistent system nomenclature across the division.
Collaborate with Functional Heads and Subject Matter Experts to define process, data, and reporting requirements.
Develop workflows using Infor toolsets in partnership with Process Leads and SMEs.
Define long-term information needs and contribute to overall strategy for systems development and integration.
Ensure data integrity and protection across all electronic systems, including backup, review, and maintenance of business-critical applications.
Act as the primary liaison for internal and external stakeholders, particularly those using or supporting Infor-based solutions.
Provide ongoing progress updates and milestone reporting to leadership.
Offer post go-live support for live sites and handle all technical upgrade aspects.
Required Skills & Experience
Hands-on experience with Infor M3 (versions 10.1 to 13.4).
Working knowledge of OpenText StreamServe and Storyboard, with the ability to design and produce outputs integrated with MS SQL.
Advanced SQL knowledge and experience.
Proficiency in JScript and Javascript.
Familiarity with development using standard Infor toolsets such as ION, SoHo, Mashups, and IOS.
Experience with web technologies including Web Services, TypeScript, Angular, jQuery, and Bootstrap.
Understanding of ITIL Configuration Management principles.
