Responsibilities
Your main responsibilities in this role will include, but are not limited to
- Designing, developing, and maintaining integration solutions for healthcare systems using Soarian.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define and implement integration requirements.
- Conducting thorough testing to ensure the functionality and reliability of integrated systems.
- Troubleshooting and resolving integration issues in a timely and efficient manner.
- Providing technical support and training to end-users.
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and advancements in healthcare technology.
- Ensuring adherence to data security and compliance guidelines.
- Documenting system modifications and integration processes for future reference.
To be considered for this role, you must have the following qualifications
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare IT, specifically in a hospital setting.
- Proven experience with Soarian or equivalent healthcare software.
- Strong knowledge of integration methodologies, APIs, and data exchange formats.
- Proficient in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C#.
- Solid understanding of healthcare workflows and data standards such as HL7, FHIR, etc.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with an analytical mindset.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a team as well as independently.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
