Responsibilities
As a Locum Urologist, your responsibilities will include
- Conducting thorough patient assessments and developing appropriate treatment plans
- Performing surgical procedures, including minimally invasive surgeries
- Providing follow-up care and monitoring patient progress
- Communicating effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals
- Participating in the development and implementation of clinical protocols and guidelines
- Ensuring compliance with all regulatory and accreditation requirements
- Maintaining accurate and complete medical records
To be considered for this position, you must meet the following qualifications
- A medical degree from an accredited institution
- Board Certified/Board Eligible in Urology
- A valid medical license
- Excellent clinical skills and knowledge of current urological practices and procedures
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A commitment to providing high-quality patient care
- Flexibility to work on a locums basis
