Job Details

We are looking for a skilled machine learning engineer with expertise in PyTorch and TensorFlow to join our AI team. In this role, you will focus on building, training, and deploying deep learning models to tackle complex challenges across various domains.

Responsibilities

• Design and optimize deep neural network architectures using frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Keras.
• Train models on large structured and unstructured datasets utilizing GPU/TPU infrastructure.
• Apply techniques like transfer learning and neural architecture search to enhance model accuracy iteratively.
• Develop data pipelines to preprocess, clean, and transform training data for models.
• Convert research implementations into production-ready models while maintaining high accuracy.
• Monitor and continuously improve model performance in production environments.
• Stay informed about the latest advancements in deep learning and AI research.
  
  

Requirements

• 3 years of experience developing AI/ML solutions with Python.
• Strong understanding of deep learning concepts and techniques such as CNNs, RNNs, LSTMs, etc.
• Extensive hands-on experience building models using PyTorch and TensorFlow.
• Familiarity with AI model training/serving paradigms and MLOps, including prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and fine-tuning.
• Proficiency with common data science libraries like Pandas, NumPy, and Scikit-Learn.
• Understanding of AI model interpretability and explainability techniques.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Statistics, or a related field.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• This role is ideal for an engineer passionate about leveraging advanced deep learning frameworks to create innovative AI solutions and delivering impactful results.
