Responsibilities
As a Part-Time AP Contractor, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to
- Processing and verifying invoices.
- Reconciling vendor statements and resolving any discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Preparing and maintaining all accounts payable reports and spreadsheets.
- Managing and reconciling American Express credit card transactions.
- Maintaining vendor files and relationships, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Collaborating with other departments to resolve accounting issues and improve efficiency.
- Performing data entry tasks related to accounts payable.
To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you must possess the following qualifications
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in an Accounts Payable role.
- Proficiency in data entry with a high level of accuracy.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze and interpret data.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Experience with financial software systems.
