Job Details

As a Consulting (to permanent) Accounts Payable Specialist, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to

• Processing expense reports and ensuring that all expenses are properly accounted for and validated.
• Performing 3 Way Match tasks to ensure accuracy and completeness of invoice processing.
• Handling all aspects of Accounts Payable including invoicing, payment processing, and vendor management.
• Performing ACH transactions, bank reconciliations, and other financial transactions as required.
• Using Deltek Time and Expense to track expenses and time spent on various projects.
• Collaborating with other team members and departments to resolve any discrepancies or issues.
• Ensuring compliance with all financial regulations and company policies.
• Providing regular reports and updates to management regarding the status of accounts payable.
  
  

Qualifications

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in Accounts Payable or a related field.
• Extensive experience with Deltek Time and Expense.
• Proficiency in 3 Way Match, Invoicing, ACH transactions, and bank reconciliations.
• Excellent numerical skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
