Our company, a leading player in the energy industry, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Systems Analyst to join our dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity to work on challenging projects and play a pivotal role in shaping our organization's future. As a Senior Systems Analyst, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support and expertise for our in-house applications. You will collaborate with development teams, analyze complex issues, and deliver innovative solutions to enhance user experience.
Key Responsibilities
User Support Provide advanced technical support, troubleshoot complex issues, and serve as the primary point of contact for user inquiries.
Application Analysis Analyze user requirements, collaborate on enhancements, and ensure applications meet user needs through rigorous testing.
Documentation & Training Develop comprehensive documentation, conduct training sessions, and create resources to support users effectively.
Collaboration Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless application support and communicate effectively with users.
Continuous Improvement Identify opportunities to improve processes, stay updated on industry trends, and contribute to the development of new applications.
Requirements
Strong technical skills and experience with multiple technology stacks required
Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Local to Oklahoma City and available for a hybrid work schedule (Monday/Friday remote, Tuesday/Wednesday/every other Thursday onsite.
