Job Title : Director of Investor Relations – Real Estate Investments

Compensation : $180k-$280k / year, with bonus potential

Location : Brooklyn, NY

Setting : In-office for the first 6 months, Fridays off; potential for remote thereafter

    • Job Details

    We are seeking a highly experienced Director of Investor Relations with a proven track record in raising capital from passive investors, specifically for real estate investment opportunities. The ideal candidate will have an established network of investors and exceptional skills in capital-raising, relationship management, and strategic communication.

    Responsibilities

  • Leverage your existing investor network to raise capital for real estate investments.
  • Build and maintain relationships with high-net-worth individuals and institutional investors.
  • Collaborate with leadership to develop and execute fundraising strategies tailored to the target audience.
  • Create and deliver presentations and reports to investors, clearly articulating investment opportunities and performance metrics.
  • Stay updated on market trends and the competitive landscape to provide strategic advice to the team.

    • Qualifications

  • Demonstrated success in raising capital from passive investors for a debt fund.
  • Strong, established relationships with real estate-focused investors.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proven negotiation and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • A finance background is preferred but not required.
